Morgan Trigueiro of Caruthers basketball is the girls Athlete of the Week for Nov. 28

Morgan Trigueiro had the most votes in the The Fresno Bee’s Girls’ Athlete of the Week poll for the week of Nov. 28-Dec. 3.
She received 3,455 votes (46%) to finish on top.
Finishing second was Gizelle Aguirre of Caruthers soccer who had 2,444 votes (32%). Makayla Carre of Sierra Pacific basketball was third with 1,573 votes (21%).
The 10 athletes come from basketball and soccer.
The Bee also ran a boys athlete of the week poll.
