Fan poll: Sanger’s Julio Hernández is voted Boys Soccer Player of the Year

Julio Hernández of Sanger High is the fans’ vote winner for the Boys Soccer Player of the Year.

He won the poll with 38% in a close vote over Joshua Espinoza of Riverdale.

The poll lasted until April 15.

Hernandez was named to the first-team in the County/Metro Athletic Conference.
