Fan poll: Caruthers’ Morgan Trigueiro voted Girls Basketball Player of the Year

Morgan Trigueiro of Caruthers High wins the fan vote for the Girls Basketball Player of the Year after receiving 60% of the vote.
She was was also named The Bee’s co-Medium Player of the Year. Trigueiro was named the West Sequoia League most valuable player.
Fourteen players were nominated. The poll ended April 15.
