Fresno State gets a boost on defense via transfer portal and fans are ‘pumped’

The Red Wave reacted to the news from Korey Foreman, who announced on Instagram that he is joining Fresno State through the transfer portal.

“Committed,” he wrote.

It’s a big boost to the Bulldogs’ defense despite ranking third in the Mountain West Conference in sacks last season with 30.0. He’ll provide help off the edge with a solid group of returning defensive ends led by Devo Bridges.

Fans are excited to see Foreman making the announcement.

Foreman ranked by one recruiting service as the top high school player in the nation when coming out of Centennial High in Corona. He played in 11 games as a true freshman at USC.

USC fans wished Foreman well, including former Lemoore and Trojans TE David Ausberry.
