NFL Network’s Willie McGinest: It’s time for Raiders to win West

The Oakland Raiders went 7-9 last season and finished in third place in the AFC West behind Kansas City (11-5) and Super Bowl champion Denver (12-4). But the NFL Network’s Willie McGinest says “it’s time” for the Raiders to win the West. “Not so fast,” says the network’s Heath Evans, however.
