Derek Carr’s family may be too cute for words, but the Oakland Raiders quarterback has a pretty good one to describe it:

The former Fresno State star posted a family picture on his Instagram account Thursday showing off new son Deker Luke, who was born March 16, along with the rest of his family.

Carr’s hashtagged caption was simple and succinct:

“#Squad.”

The black and white photo also includes wife Heather and son Dallas, who will turn 3 in August.
