Brazil vs. Haiti Player Ratings: Man of the Match, Winners and Disappointments

Brazil's first win of the 2026 World Cup has arrived after beating Haiti 3-0 at Philadelphia Stadium. Brazil is now on four points in Group C and is top of the group. They are one step closer to the knockout stage.

Brazil only has one group stage match left and only needs a point to advance to the knockout stage.

Brazil's final group stage match will be against Scotland on June 24, and the winner of that match advances to the Round of 32.

Who Scored For Brazil?

Brazil scored three goals in the first half against Haiti. Matheus Cunha scored a brace, and Vinicius Junior scored the third goal of the night.

The first goal arrived in the 23rd minute, when Cunha was at the right place at the right time when a Haitian defender attempted to clear the ball. Cunha would score again 13 minutes later after scoring at the near post.

Vinicius Junior assisted the Manchester United striker. It wasn't the only goal contribution for Vinicius Junior as he scored the third after finishing low; he received a pass from Lucas Paqueta.

The winners were the Brazilian attackers, with Vinicius Junior providing a goal and an assist. Vinicius Jr. has two goals and one assist in two games for Brazil in this 2026 World Cup.

The disappointment was Haiti's attack, that were strong against Scotland last week, but was unable to showcase something similar today. Brazil would allow Haiti to push up to then counter-attack them and finish them off in the first half alone.
