Draymond Green Makes Bold Declaration About NBA Finals Game 4

Draymond Green was in the house at Madison Square Garden for Game 4 of the NBA Finals, serving as an analyst for ESPN/ABC’s coverage of the highly-anticipated postseason matchup.

The New York Knicks erased a 29-point San Antonio Spurs lead, storming back to win with a 107-106 final score. The game was decided by OG Anunoby, who crashed the glass and tipped in a missed three-point attempt from Jalen Brunson with just over one second remaining in the fourth quarter.

Green declared this the “craziest playoff game he’s ever seen.”

“I’ve been a part of some incredible playoff games myself. That had to be the greatest playoff game I’ve ever seen,” Green said on the most recent episode of his podcast.

"Because the Spurs were dominating. They were rolling. They were doing everything right. Everything they had to and the Knicks were playing pathetic,” Green continued. “And it just started to split slowly but surely. And they kept going, kept going, kept going. When I tell you it got to the point to where when it was in single digits, the building was like an earthquake. Like they scoring the building was shaking. I'm talking about like literally shaking.”

It looked as though the Spurs were primed to tie the series a two games apiece heading back to San Antonio. But after this historic comeback, the Knicks lead the series 3-1 - hoping to close out the series with a road victory in Game 5.
