San Antonio Spurs Unveil First-Look Photos of NBA Finals Court
The NBA Finals are heading back to San Antonio for the first time since the Spurs’ last championship title in 2014.
Following Saturday night’s thrilling Game 7 victory over the reigning NBA-champion Oklahoma City Thunder in the Western Conference Finals, Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs are primed for an NBA Finals matchup against the New York Knicks.
The NBA unveiled digital renderings of the NBA Finals court designs for San Antonio’s Frost Bank Center and New York’s Madison Square Garden on Sunday. And on Monday, the Spurs shared real photos of the court as Wednesday night’s Game 1 matchup rapidly approaches.
The court features an image of the Larry O’Brien Trophy underneath the Spurs logo at center court, as well as NBA Finals branding on opposite corners of the floor.
“The stage is set,” the Spurs wrote on social media.
