Andy Reid Confirms His Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift Wedding Plans
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are set to get married this summer.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the iconic pop star are reportedly getting married in New York City later this summer. The wedding is reportedly set for July. The guest list is likely to be small.
Will the Kansas City Chiefs head coach, Andy Reid, be on the guest list?
Reid, who has led the Chiefs to three Super Bowl wins, has confirmed his plans for the Kelce and Swift wedding.
Reid, 68, has confirmed that he has been invited to the wedding. However, he joked that he'll only be attending if the tuxedo fits.
"If I don't outgrow my tuxedo before then, I'm going," he joked.
Reid, who has been the Kansas City Chiefs head coach since 2013, has been praising of Swift and her impact on the organization.
Chiefs head coach is very happy with Swift's role
Reid has spoken warmly about Taylor Swift and what she's done since getting with Kelce.
"She's a good girl, first of all," Reid said of Swift, who has been dating the Chiefs tight end since 2023. "And I mean, might be the most famous lady in the world right now since the queen has passed away."
"But what a phenomenal person she is," he continued of Swift, adding, "And I appreciate her saying that. She's a great leader herself, and so is Travis."
Swift, meanwhile, has complimented Reid, especially his leadership style. Reid took the comment in stride.
"That's a great compliment," Reid added. "That might be the best compliment you can have."
The Chiefs, who are coming off a disappointing 2025 season - missing the playoffs - are scheduled to open the 2026 regular season on September 14 against the Denver Broncos.
Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. E.T.
