Caitlin Clark Receives Message From LeBron James Ahead of 3rd WNBA Season
The WNBA season is just days away, and the Indiana Fever are set to open their schedule on Saturday at home in Indianapolis against the Dallas Wings.
This will mark Caitlin Clark's third season in the league and a chance to bounce back after appearing in just 13 games last year due to a season-ending groin injury.
On Monday night, just days before her return, Clark shared a post on Instagram with the caption, "Year 3!!! See you all soon."
Among those reacting was LeBron James, a longtime supporter of Clark, who left a brief but emphatic comment: "LFG!!!!!!!," short for "Let's [expletive] go."

Ahead of Caitlin Clark's second WNBA season last year, LeBron James showed his support by posting photos of the two together and writing, "Good luck and DO YOU per usual this season!!!"
James continued to back the Iowa native, and Clark clearly returned that respect, even calling him the greatest basketball player of all time on multiple occasions.
"That's one of my idols. LeBron is the GOAT to me," Clark said last season. "He really does follow the WNBA. He watches and loves and appreciates basketball, and he loves and appreciates the way the Fever and my teammates play. I didn't see it before the game, but a lot of people sent it to me."
