The last game of Sunday's La Liga matchday will see Espanyol host Real Madrid at the RCDE Stadium.

Real Madrid remain second despite dropping points in the previous La Liga games. Real Madrid is on 74 points, but is 14 points behind FC Barcelona. Last week, Real Madrid drew 1-1 with Real Betis away from home.

Real Madrid have to win against Espanyol, as a draw or loss means that they will not be able to catch FC Barcelona on points and Barcelona will be crowned league champions for the second season in a row.

Next weekend, Real Madrid will face FC Barcelona in a crucial game that can also decide the title race.
