LeBron James Reacts to Moment With Bronny James' NFL 'Twin'

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James helped close out a first-round series with a 98-78 win over the Houston Rockets in Game 6, finishing with 28 points, eight assists and seven rebounds.

Friday's victory gave the Lakers a 4-2 series win and advanced them to the second round after a strong response following back-to-back losses in Games 4 and 5.

During the third quarter, LeBron James fell to the floor after a blocked attempt in transition. Houston Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr., who was seated courtside, stepped in to help him up before the two exchanged a brief interaction on the court.

Following the game, LeBron James was asked about that moment, and he addressed it by referencing the widely discussed resemblance between Anderson and his son, Bronny James.

"The moment was pretty cool. It was good to see him. You know, that's my fourth child," James said. "Him and Bronny are twins and don't nobody know it. Me and Savannah have been trying to keep it under wraps for a long time.

"But nah, no disrespect to his parents-his real parents. Let me not get nothing started."

The comparison between Anderson and Bronny has circulated on social media for a while, with side-by-side images highlighting similarities between them.

A two-time Pro Bowler, Anderson earned All-Pro honors last season. After Game 6, he shared a video of the moment on social media, calling James "a freaking legend."

"Unbelievable football player," James said of Anderson. "Deserving of everything that he's got. It was definitely dope to see him."

Bronny James only logged three minutes in Game as the Lakers secured the series, contributing one rebound, one assist, and one steal in the final game against the Rockets.
