Rockies TBA | The Rockies have been using this spot for an opener ahead of RHP Chase Dollander (2-1, 3.32 ERA), who has a 23-to-7 strikeout-to-walk ratio over 19 innings out of the bullpen. Waldron had thrown 12 scoreless innings at Triple-A El Paso to start the year. He had a 4.67 ERA in three career starts against the Rockies and a 6.17 ERA in two career starts at Coors Field.
Rockies RHP Ryan Feltner (1-1, 6.00 ERA) | The Padres beat him earlier this month with six runs on seven hits and three walks in four innings at Petco Park. Feltner has allowed five homers in 18 innings, including two the Padres. Feltner so far has been better at home (4.91 ERA) than at home (7.71 ERA).

Colorado: UT Tyler Freeman exited Monday's game with an illness. LHP Kyle Freeland (shoulder) is on the 15-day injured list and without a timetable, one of handful of pitchers on the injured list. Former USD star Kris Bryant remains sidelined with lumbar degenerative disk disease and is also without a timetable.
