  • Raiders enter free agency with roughly $121M in cap space.
  • Team can target WR Romeo Doubs, C Tyler Linderbaum, DE Jaelan Phillips.
  • Franchise faces possible rebuild after 3–14 2025 season and Crosby trade.

NFL free agency begins this week, and the Las Vegas Raiders will enter the period with plenty of money to spend.

According to Over the Cap, the Raiders have about $121 million in cap space to improve their roster, especially a day after the Silver and Black agreed to trade star pass rusher Maxx Crosby to the Baltimore Ravens.

The NFL’s new league year begins Wednesday, but the legal tampering period for free agency runs from Monday until 1 p.m. PDT Wednesday. During that window, teams can negotiate with agents representing unrestricted free agents.

A full rebuild for the Raiders? It’s certainly possible after a disastrous 3–14 season in 2025. Las Vegas will also be on the clock when the NFL Draft takes place in late April in Pittsburgh.

The Raiders currently have 18 players set to become unrestricted free agents.

While the roster has many holes to fill, here are three free agents the Raiders should consider signing:

Romeo Doubs, WR, Green Bay Packers: Doubs has yet to reach the 1,000-yard mark in a season, but he has been a consistent touchdown threat, catching scores in each of the past four years. Listed at 6-foot-2, he has totaled 18 touchdowns over the past three seasons. If not Doubs, the Raiders could look at Rashid Shaheed, whom head coach Klint Kubiak previously worked with in Seattle.

Tyler Linderbaum, C, Baltimore Ravens: A three-time Pro Bowler, Linderbaum would provide the Raiders with an immediate upgrade at center. At just 26 years old, he could anchor the offensive line for years and help protect quarterback Fernando Mendoza.

Jaelan Phillips, DE, Philadelphia Eagles: Phillips has familiarity with Raiders defensive coordinator Rob Leonard, who was with the Miami Dolphins when Phillips began his career. Still just 27, he could be the kind of long-term pass-rushing piece the Raiders are seeking.
