Former Firebaugh High and Reedley College star Josh Allen will grace the covers of Madden 24, the popular video game.

”It’s a surreal spot to be in and I can’t thank EA enough for allowing me to be on the cover,” the Buffalo Bills quarterback said

Allen said it is a childhood dream on Twitter.

Allen told Bills.com that he and his brother, Jason, would play Madden against each other at night.

“I had a lot of battles with my brother back in the day playing Madden,” he said. “We were always competitive. Right before we got to bed, we would always play Madden. Usually turn into a fight and someone ended up crying. It was always a big ordeal. A lot of memories.”

According to the Bills, Allen is the Bills player to be featured on the cover of Madden.

He becomes the 10th quarterback in NFL history to be selected.

Allen was selected by the Bills with the seventh overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft and has been a fixture in the Bills, leading the franchise to the playoffs four times, including three straight AFC East titles.
