Unempathetic hunters enjoy killing doves
That senseless dove season has once again approached when we are forced to hear gun shots coming from heartless and unempathetic hunters, who enjoy the sport of maiming and killing these innocent and defenseless birds.
And for what? A small bite of their meat?
Why not hunt the more challenging, large and destructive wild boars that can provide an abundance of pork?
Doves are among the species of birds who choose lifetime mates, plus they make good parents. They, along with other targeted birds, harm no one and just want a shot at life, not a shot in the heart.
