Bravo, FresGo: App gets action
I’ve been using the FresGo app to report needs in my neighborhood to the City of Fresno. This app is easy to use. I’ve been impressed with the speedy response from the city to my concerns.
For example, graffiti is abated quickly, usually on the same day as reported, and often within just a couple of hours. Kudos to Fresno for the effective implementation of this tool to increase service in community!
