Clovis presents ‘horrible mess’ on Shaw Avenue
Regarding all the letters concerning “clean up Freeway 41,” drive east on Shaw Avenue entering Clovis, and you will see the horrible mess on the north side from Peach and Villa avenues.
This terrible eyesore has been reported to the Clovis city manager. The alley in the rear is a horrible mess, with garbage, junk and even a toilet sitting next to a dumpster. How convenient for the homeless. Weeds are all over the lot.
The city manager assured us the owner of the is businesses would be notified, and given 30 days to clean up. To date, not one single thing has been done, and it has been over the 30 days.
This is the Clovis way of life? I don’t think so.
