PG&E wastes time, energy on needless letters
I had the same reaction as Deanna Garabedian (letter Aug. 5). PG&E recommends setting our thermostat at 78 degrees to save. I have my thermostat at 81-84 degrees depending on circumstances, and still it tells me to save in a special letter. Why cannot this letter be sent together with my bill in order for PG&E to save!
