GOP should grow spine, admit its poor choice of nominee
The moment that Sen. Mitch McConnell essentially said that the only goal of the Republican Party was to make sure Barack Obama was a one-term president, the moral values of the Republican Party were lost.
The goal of McConnell had little to do with the American people, Republicans and Democrats alike, or their needs. It had to do with petty, mean-spirited, self-serving goals of some people. What is going on now with some leaders of the Republican Party has little to do with the concerns of their constituents or the welfare of America.
Some Republican leaders would rather put America at risk than admit that they have made a poor choice for their presidential nominee. They don’t have the spines to denounce a man who is more interested in inciting an ignorant, mob mentality than dealing with reality. What a sad period for America.
