Clinton will need a Democratic Congress
I watched Hillary Clinton graciously accept the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination. She appeared cool, calm and very collected as she commanded the stage and embraced the delegates.
To “Finish Strong” in November, the Democrats’ charge is not only to elect Hillary president, but to make sure Democrats are the majority in the Senate and the House of Representatives. We want her to be able to accomplish what she knows will be in the best interest of our county.
Without a Democratic and supportive Congress, Hillary may face some of the same gridlock and deliberate obstruction that President Obama has had to endure. As we walk, talk and cheer for Hillary, we the people, must keep in mind, she definitely needs a Congress who like her, will work for the people. “I Am With Hillary.”
