Caltrans and City Hall should team up
I frequently travel Freeway 41 between downtown and Bullard Avenue and observe the blight and trash on both sides of the freeway.
Most motorists, I presume, are unaware of their surroundings while traveling the speed limits along the freeway. However, the landscape radically changes when one takes the off-ramp and waits for the signal light. Stopped motorists, are faced with an ugly array of overgrown vegetation, plastic bags and other forms of litter.
My request: Have Caltrans and the city of Fresno join forces and at the minimum clean up our on/off ramps.
