Get Freeway 41 cleaned up
Thank you, Susie Steffen (letter July 22), for your comments regarding the 41 Freeway running through Fresno. You are not alone in your opinion.
Every time we come back into town and hit the 99 and 41 interchange in downtown Fresno, I say I am going to write an email to the mayor. What a mess; it is totaling embarrassing. I can just imagine what the tourists traveling to the national parks think about Fresno when they see all the garbage and dead weeds along the freeway.
We recently traveled to Los Angeles and their freeways are cleaner than ours and they have much more traffic than we do. Whomever is responsible for the cleanup along 41 is not doing their job!
