Clinton decision made by attorney general

“There is evidence that they were extremely careless in the handling of very sensitive highly classified information,” said FBI Director James Comey, who strongly criticized Hillary Clinton’s email practices as secretary of state, but refused to recommend criminal charges against her.

The addition made by another party leaves the ball in the attorney general’s corner, and does not tie her hands from moving ahead.

The question remains if all FBI reports include recommendations and if they tie the attorney general’s hands? Of course not.

After all, indictment of a presidential candidate is a very hot potato decided at a higher level, namely the attorney general.
