Unanswered questions in Chavez suspension
Regarding suspended Fresno County Probation Chief Rick Chavez: I suppose I am one of those “cheerleaders” for Chavez cited in Emilio Valle’s recent letter.
However. I would like official answers to questions that remain unanswered, such as why the department has hiring difficulties and why the issue of a probation officer operating a bar weren’t addressed by the previous chief.
