Trump is my guy, after all
I’m in a strange place of defending a man I wouldn’t have voted for in the primary. Donald Trump was always on the bottom of my list. I didn’t like some of the stuff he said about people and his arrogance, However he’s not Hitler and has no final solution.
The idea of a wall or fence, as we have tried to build since at least President Reagan, to curb illegal immigration is not bad. Most countries control their borders. Delaying Muslims coming into the country to triple-check them is not Hitlerian either.
Most of what is supposedly racist, isn’t. It’s not politically correct. Trump isn’t PC or afraid of the media, which is good for a Republican. We are tired of those who are.
Yes, America’s greatness has slipped. Most of us see that. Education, the economy, enemies not fearing us, political correctness, allies wondering about us. Even though we have some manufacturing, a lot has left. The polls have changed, Trump stands a chance.
