How can GOP support Mr. Con Man?

Rehabilitate. Rehabilitate. How hypocritical can a political party behave? The Republican Party is more of a con than Mr. Con Man himself, Donald Trump. We can call Donald an ignorant man and forgive him for being just plain dumb about national politics, or we can cliché the issue and throw-out the old adage, “He knows not what he says.”

In reality what comes out of his mouth is pure blurting, that which comes out of a child when confronted with the adult world.

The rub for me is how, even though Trump is proven to be unfit to be president over and over again, the Republican establishment, notably House Speaker Paul Ryan recently, continually admits that which comes out of Trump’s mouth is racist.

But it spends its political capital providing a rationale why it still endorses the extraterrestrial with a gift for street smarts while regurgitating the mantra, “Anybody but Hillary.” In the fervor to save the GOP as a viable party going into the future, the party is shaming the American people.

It would rather throw America under the bus with a poison-pen slogan and rehabilitate the GOP. It is betraying America with a blind eye, ignoring the truth and all we stand for.
