Don’t abandon Second Amendment

I am reading The Fresno Bee’s editorial (June 15) praising the president for standing up to a bullying Donald Trump for his “divisive and hateful rhetoric” against a particular group’s faith. Freedom of religion is an established right according to the Constitution of the United States.

However, it seems that an entirely other group of citizens is being “treated differently...subject(ed)...to special surveillance...discriminated against...” because Americans are abandoning those values this country was founded on, the Second Amendment.
