Crash our borders, burn our flag

Is anybody else sick and tired of identity politics? Isn’t it just played out? Most minorities are on a hair trigger, looking to be offended, so they can draw that “race card.” It stops discussion. Political cowardice has turned a whole section of society into gnomes. Everybody and everything is not racist, but many minorities are.

The San Jose protests told the story; those people crash our borders, burn our flag and attack citizens. Liberal police look away (some set up beatings, according to a June 12 commentary in The Bee). These “undocumented Democrats” are given public assistance, healthcare, legal aid, education – and we’re broke.

You want to bring in foreign nationals? How about you sign up and sponsor one? That’s the law. That way you, not everybody else, has to support them should they fail. You stop this foreigner welfare and employer hiring, and they will go home; no need to “round them up.” The opposition, (those on the dole), will call this racist. It’s not.

Let’s take care of those who took care of us: American veterans. Veterans don’t burn our flag, and don’t receive those benefits, but most don’t vote Democrat either.
