Hands off my garbage
The other day I received my water and garbage bill from the city of Clovis. They had a letter in it telling me to put my garbage cans out the night before pick-up or by 6 a.m. the day of pick-up.
That just gives people more time to go through your cans. It’s bad enough they go through your recyclables; they go through your garbage also and tear the bags open. The city should hire someone to patrol the areas of pick-up and stop these people from going through the garbage. I’m tired of cleaning up after these people.
