Garry Bredefeld puts Fresno first

I first met Garry Bredefeld in 1999 when he was serving on the Fresno City Council. I was concerned about an issue in my neighborhood. He was immediately accessible, listened to the issue and worked the best he could with me for a resolution.

Since then, I have come to admire Garry for his upstanding character and integrity. He is a dedicated family man who has raised his children to become very fine adults and has strong Christian beliefs. Serving as a psychologist in the Navy, he is a passionate supporter of veterans. He is his own person, doesn’t have political agendas and has a deep loyalty to his community.

This speaks volumes to who Garry truly is. He stands up for his constituents and has proved he not only serves his district but the entire city. Since his bid for re-election, I have attended every District 6 debate. When his opponents attack him, he takes the high road, defends himself when needed, but stays focused on the issues at hand.

Garry is a positive thinker and always looks for a plan for the betterment of Fresno, which is what we need now more than ever.
