Mayoral candidates: What about trash?

I would like to thank the fine candidates running for Fresno mayor for keeping their ad campaigns positive. We are much more able to understand what they will do for the city by them focusing on issues. Like many, I won't vote to elect those who choose to run negative ads against their opponents.

I just have one question for the mayoral candidates on a subject you don't hear much about. If elected, would they work to find ways to clean up the trash scattered throughout our great city, in particular on our highways? None of us like to see Fresno treated as a dumping ground.
