Strangling innovation with red tape

I want to give Elton Musk some advice about his hyperloop speed train that was on display this week in Nevada.

I saw a mountain of dust pop up in the test run, and dust is a no-no in California. They didn’t water the surrounding area to prevent this dust. I didn’t see any sidewalks or proper lighting either. There were no parking spaces with proper stripes, either. Mr. Musk, after California gives a list of regulations for your train, it will be lucky to go 4 mph, maybe 5 mph max.
