LeBeau: Spare the Maldonado family from another trial
So Loren LeBeau might get a new trial. My question is why?
How does the bad configuration of Shepherd Avenue mitigate the facts that Mr. LeBeau was driving drunk, negligent, and left the scene of the accident when he killed Donovan Maldonado and injured his family?
He had no business behind the wheel of a car regardless of what condition the road was in. The road didn’t kill/injure the Maldonado family, it was him. Mr. LeBeau has owned up to what he did and seemed to be remorseful! He should call off those money-hungry lawyers and spare the Maldonado family from another trial and the taxpayers further expense.
