Fresno politicians and the Fresno airport management have once again put their collective heads into a place where the sun does not shine. How, you ask? By protecting the taxi monopoly at Fresno Yosemite International air terminal.
About a month ago, Lyft and Uber were banned from delivering or picking up passengers at FAT. Now, anyone needing to hire a ride to or from the airport will, once again, have no choice but to ride in a nasty, old, smelly taxi cab and pay 300% more for the ride.
