Drive and text? Impound cell phones
Everywhere I go, people are on the phone. There are a whole lot of people who appear to be praying or is that just texting?
I have also witnessed big-rig gas truck drivers on the phone. They say texting drivers kill more people than drunk drivers. If they can impound a drunk driver’s car then they should impound cell phones also.
