Now that the Chukchansi casino is up and running, has any of the lost money been found? Was it even investigated by the authorities? In 2014, the National Indian Gaming Commission confirmed an audit that said there was $49.6 million unaccounted for from audits for 2012 and 2013.

The missing money hurt elders and tribal members who depended on it for their day-to-day living.

Maybe that’s why paperwork that was needed for audits was not being turned over to the other casino faction.
