End shoot-to-kill police training
No “ifs, ands or buts” – it seems “shoot to kill” is the motto. If a police officer feels his life is threatened, of course, fear takes over. Would it be so hard to incapacitate the culprit, but not shoot to kill? With sophisticated training, couldn’t that be possible and prevent the taking of a life?
