Water welfare in our ‘Cadillac Desert’

Ryan Jacobsen and the farmers he represents should reread “Cadillac Desert” by Marc Reisner and be thankful for the water welfare they have received and continue to receive from the Central Valley Project, Friant Dam and Pine Flat Dam.
