Trump’s right to free speech

I could not believe my eyes when watching the demonstrations in Chicago. Hundreds of unruly hecklers prompted Donald Trump to cancel his speaking engagement. Trump has the legal right under the First Amendment to free speech.

I’m not a Trump supporter, but this right is embedded in the Constitution and let no man stoop so low as to take these rights away. These ruffian demonstrators have no legal right to block streets, demonstrate on private property, or stop traffic without a permit.

I witnessed Latinos waving the Mexican flag. When you display or wave a foreign flag, you are dishonoring and disrespecting the American flag. Our allegiance is to this country. I also witnessed Bernie Sanders’ supporters yelling at and booing Trump’s supporters.

There is evidence that there were paid demonstrators, supported by the MoveOn.org liberal group. We are a country of laws, one nation under God. Why are we destroying that which God ordained? Live peacefully, respect the laws and your neighbors as well.
