Ikea would entice me downtown
I have read with interest the Fulton Mall developments. Just because they dig up the cement and put in a street, does City Hall really think it will attract citizens?
If the city could negotiate with Ikea or the Container Store to locate downtown, they can be assured people will come. Same old storefronts – no way!
