Rip up mall, then what?

I read with interest a Bee story about downtown Fresno parking structures that have become unsafe due to lack of timely repair (Feb. 15). This is serious. The city is poised to destroy the Fulton Mall and replace it with a street, with the expectations that more people will then drive downtown. Where can they park safely?
