Second-rate parking garage construction
Having read about the crumbling parking structures in downtown Fresno it makes you wonder, how did the Romans or other ancients build structures to last? The answer: quality.
In today’s America, it’s get it done now, so we can have quantity. This results in poor workmanship and shortcuts that deliver crumbling structures and more debt.
When a person works on anything, ask if you want good quality or more quantity because you cannot have both!
