PG&E wastes ratepayers’ money

Do we live in America?

I received a brochure from PG&E with information to prepare for El Niño. It was very nicely done but, who authorized this publication? It was printed in large Spanish print with small English print underneath.

Really? Where do we live and what about all the other nationalities in California? I wonder, should I pay my bill with pesos?

This was a waste of ratepayers’ money, as is all those television ads. Is this how the huge rate increases are used?
