About those license plates
In regard to the letter by Ellie Huston, that what you see on California license plates is the DMV website.
State, county, city and Caltrans vehicles have at the top “CA EXEMPT” and no month or year stickers. Even Fresno Irrigation District has what we call “E” plates. I am an automotive fleet mechanic for Fresno County. I see them five days a week.
