Citizens should sue Delaware North
I believe that Delaware North’s claims to the property names in Yosemite National Park and elsewhere are theft of property from the citizens of the United States.
My solution: accept their value of these properties as fact. If we divide that value by the number of years of their contract, we arrive at an annual billing value to Delaware North.
We, of course, must include a cost-of-living escalator clause.
These billings should continue until Delaware North ceases claiming value from the public domain.
Now we just need good law firms that represent consumers on other issues and products to step forward and represent all of the citizens of the United States until the matter is resolved.
