Courteous, speedy Fresno DMV
It is fashionable to complain about experiences at the Department of Motor Vehicles office.
I recently arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment for driver’s license renewal at the Fresno West Olive Avenue DMV office. I entered this beautiful, new facility at 9:50 a.m. Without even sitting down, my number showed up at a vacant window.
I paid my fee, took an eye test, and then proceeded on for a picture and online written exam. I interacted with four employees during this process. All were friendly and helpful. I was completely finished at 10:10 a.m.
That is right. A total of 20 minutes. It was a pleasant experience throughout. Thanks to the West Olive Avenue DMV people for a job well done.
