Christians, Muslims can’t be compared

The political cartoon on Dec. 15 was way off base. I certainly believe in calling it like it is when it comes these terrorist events. I don’t think you can draw a parallel betwen the Bible and the Quran, as this cartoon did.

It seems to me that ISIS wants to kill anyone who is not like them based on their Quran. These radicals will kill infidels because they are infidels. I haven’t seen any news about the radical Christians killing groups of atheists or agnostics.

If the Colorado killings were due to a radical Christian belief, then so be it. But where is the group killing thousands based on the fact that people aren’t Christians? Or, for that matter, the right type of Christian? I see that as a big difference.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not against Muslims. I am certainly, however, against any radical behavior which would threaten my existence just because of my belief.
