Political correctness caused mass murder
Our president suggests the San Bernardino massacre was the product of climate change and lax gun laws. He says economic deprivation produced by changing weather and easy access to weapons created the reason and opportunity for the San Bernardino attack. He is wrong.
The 14 killed were victims of political correctness. For fear of being labeled racist or bigot, the neighbor who saw the activity which created the Redlands arsenal said nothing. In this day of intolerance for truth, who can blame her? One only need consider the case of the Texas teen and his clock made to look like a bomb.
There is a common cord which unites al-Qaida, al-Shabab, Boko Haram, Hamas, Hezbollah, Isis, Nusra Front, Taliban, sleeper cells, lone wolves and others. That cord is at the core of the horrific atrocities in Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the United States. That commonality is the radical commitment to a belief system which espouses killing innocents to gain temporal or eternal benefits to the killer.
Controlling climate won’t change the hearts of radically evil men; and prohibiting legal weapons won’t prevent weapons used for illegal acts. One only need consider Paris and New York.
